AC CUT is looking for an experienced, team- oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable individual.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Operate Trumpf CNC Laser machines
2. Proper maintenance of machinery and all shop equipment.
3. Knowledge in fabrication, mechanical, machinery, and programming.
4. Set up and operate machines to ensure orders are completed to meet deadlines.
5. Work with CNC Operator(s) and Technical Manager to ensure orders are processed
6. in accordance with daily production schedule and on time deliveries.
7. Document and keep accurate production and quality control Records of all finished
8. Job orders.
9. Understand and follow verbal and written instructions of drawings, blueprints,
10. specifications and numerical dimensions and tolerances.
11. Become knowledge in different types of materials, grades, gauges, dimensions.
12. Learn Inventory systems.

Requirements:

1. Willingness to learn new skills, procedures from mechanical instructions given while on the job.
2. Must be mechanically inclined and knows how to read CAD drawings.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks in a time sensitive environment.
4. Involves lifting up to 50 lbs.
5. Routine and repetitive work.
6. Must have good work ethics.
7. Knowledge of CNC Waterjet and CNC Router is an asset.
8. Computer skill is an asset.
9. G License is an asset.

Candidate must show enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
